Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and CDs are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, removing any old shipping labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
